Space-Time Research offers flexibility in the amount of involvement required from each client. Some clients prefer to be technically involved in implementation at a very detailed level and will be heavily involved in database design and building, and system configuration. Other clients prefer Space-Time Research to do the majority of implementation work and be handed a fully implemented system that only requires maintenance and support.

For each implementation, a dedicated project manager is appointed to ensure the implementation is successful. The project manager is the main point of contact for the project, and is responsible for communications, status reports, problem solving, and risk management throughout the life of the project.
